Contacted tech team twice and problem still unresolved. Keep asking me to disconnect and try to reconnect - round in circles

I contacted technical support and they told me it was just a delay and to wait. I have waited over the suggested 30 minutes and still nothing has happened

Charger flashes green but does not respond at all. Does not charge and will not connect to app either
