  • Having same problem, green light flashing, car is nowhere near being fully charged, car wont charge. Brand new fitted charger, not impressed!!!

  • i have followed instructions to plug cable into car then into charger. Waited 10 minutes. No warning lights and no green pulse/flash. Will only charge car to 62%.

    Can you help please.

  • I'm having the same problem have tried everything that the support has suggested. Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue? I'm really regretting buying this charger!

  • I contacted technical support and they told me it was just a delay and to wait. I have waited over the suggested 30 minutes and still nothing has happened

  • How can l charge my car without going through app as all l want to do is charge my car manually ?

  • Hi Terry,

     

    All you will need to do is head to your Charger settings and change the Method of control to Plug&Charge mode.

    In this mode, as soon as you present a charging cable to the unit, charging will commence.

  • My charger is repeatedly failing to charge via the pre-set charging option.

    It accepts the request but in the morning it's pulsing green, the app says there has been a charging event of 0.0kWh and the car has no charge.

    It's costing me ten times more to go to a public charger to get enough charge so that I can then get to work, late.

    Don't tell me to call 0333 733 0333 as nobody ever answers.
