We'll walk you through how to change the charging mode on your EV charger via the charger's screen, covering both newer white screen and older blue screen models
Step 1: Identify Your Screen Type
Check the background colour of your charger screen:
- White screen → Newer generation
- Blue screen → Older generation
Step 2: Choose a Charging Mode
Select the mode you want:
- 1 – App Mode: Start charging using the mobile app
- 2 – RFID Mode: Start charging using an RFID card
- 3 – Plug & Charge: Charging starts automatically when plugged in
Step 3: For White Screen (Newer Chargers)
- Tap Management
- Select System Parameters
- Enter password: 1234
- Find Charging Mode (top right)

Tap the value and enter:
- 1, 2, or 3 (based on your chosen mode)
- Tap Set to save
Step 4: For Blue Screen (Older Chargers)
- Tap Management
- Select System Parameters
- Tap the password field and enter: 1234
- Find Charging Mode (bottom left)

Tap the value and enter:
- 1, 2, or 3
- Tap Set to save
Step 5: Confirm the Change
Check that:
- The charging mode number has updated
- The charger accepted the change after pressing Set
Troubleshooting & Support
Contact support if:
- You can’t access the Management menu
- The password doesn’t work
- You can’t find Charging Mode
- The change won’t save
- You’re unsure of your screen type
- Your interface looks different from the steps above
