HOW TO: Change the charging mode on your DC charger (screen)

Step 1: Identify Your Screen Type

Check the background colour of your charger screen:

• White screen → Newer generation
• Blue screen → Older generation

Step 2: Choose a Charging Mode

Select the mode you want:

• 1 – App Mode: Start charging using the mobile app
• 2 – RFID Mode: Start charging using an RFID card
• 3 – Plug & Charge: Charging starts automatically when plugged in

Step 3: For White Screen (Newer Chargers)

1. Tap Management
2. Select System Parameters
3. Enter password: 1234
4. Find Charging Mode (top right)
5. Tap the value and enter:
   • 1, 2, or 3 (based on your chosen mode)
6. Tap Set to save

Step 4: For Blue Screen (Older Chargers)

1. Tap Management
2. Select System Parameters
3. Tap the password field and enter: 1234
4. Find Charging Mode (bottom left)
5. Tap the value and enter:
   • 1, 2, or 3
6. Tap Set to save

Step 5: Confirm the Change

Check that:

• The charging mode number has updated
• The charger accepted the change after pressing Set

Troubleshooting & Support

Contact support if:

• You can’t access the Management menu
• The password doesn’t work
• You can’t find Charging Mode
• The change won’t save
• You’re unsure of your screen type
• Your interface looks different from the steps above
