We'll We'll walk you through how scheduled charging works and what to check if it fails to start, including vehicle settings and CP signal wake-up compatibility
When setting scheduled charging, you must ensure that no scheduled charging time is set on the vehicle. You need to insert the charging cable into the vehicle charging port before the scheduled charging time and wait for the scheduled time to automatically start charging.
Scheduling charging requires the vehicle to support CP signal wake-up from the EV Charger. If the vehicle does not support CP wake-up, after the vehicle controller goes to sleep, the vehicle controller cannot be woken up when the EV Charger starts charging. If the vehicle does not respond for a long time, the charging start-up will fail.
